Debugger.Launch don’t list open Visual Studio instances
If you use the Debugger.Launch statement in your code with Visual Studio 2017, your open Visual studio instances will not be shown when this launches. You will only be given the opportunity to start new instances. You might also not be able to start any VS2017 instances. This bug is fixed in VS 2017.Update 3 preview 2.
